- Reducing the harmful effects of alcohol amongst young people
- Reducing bullying
- Developing children’s centres across the county including targeting increases in foundation stage achievement
- Reducing offending amongst young people
- Reducing homelessness amongst young people
- Increasing support for parents and carers
- Providing more co-ordinated support for children with disabilities
- Further reducing the number of vulnerable young people who are not in education, employment or training
- Improving the response and services of agencies to children and families suffering domestic violence
- Increasing children and young people’s involvement in the decision making process for the development of relevant services.
