Membership to Children's Centre Services is available to families with children under five years of age living in Shropshire. Please complete the application form (situated on the right of the page, under Publications) and return it to the free post address:

Children's Centre Services

Children's Centre services represents the bringing together of a range of services for children under 5 years and their families, including:

• Early years services
• Family support and parental outreach
• Child and family health services
• Support for children and parents with special needs
• Links with Job Centre Plus (Jobs, Training and Money).

Shropshire's vision

As part of the development of the 'Every Child Matters Change for Children Programme', Shropshire County Council is developing more Children's Centre Services. By working in partnership with other providers and services and involving children, young people and their families we will see the development of high quality integrated services co-ordinated to meet the needs of people within their communities.

Children's Centre services will support the needs of children, their families and communities with:

• their care, education, health and well-being
• the availability of services from a range of settings in each area
• flexible and adaptable services.
